Development of a steel portal frame warehouse, circa 140,000 sq ft, ADS Consult provided the structural and civil design for the superstructure frame, secondary steelwork, masonry wall panels, GF Slabs, foundations, concrete external storage yards, heavy duty access road and SUDS drainage system including balancing ponds, SUDS swales and permeable parking areas.
